The electronic control valves are control valves that are used in SCADA systems. The electronic control valve works synchronized with the equipments in the system like pressure switch, electronic flowmeter, level switch, etc. at different applications. The electronic control valves do the pressure, flow and level control in the system at SCADA applications.

There are two solenoid valves on the control valve. The first solenoid is used for closing up the valve, the second is used for opening up. Because of this feature, the electronic control valves’ regulation function is more sensitive.
The solenoid valves used on the control valve can be 3/2 or 2/2 way valves for different applications.
The solenoid control valves can be selected optionally, normally closed up(N.C.) or normally opened up (N.O.).
The solenoid control valve’s standart voltage value is 12 Volt AC. But optionally, there is an opportunity to control at different voltage values with using 12 Volt DC bobbins.
A desired exit pressure value can be adjusted easily with the pressure reducing pilot valve placed on the valve.
With adding pilot valves that will be mounted on the main valve which provide different pressure, flowrate and level control to the system, the solenoid control valves can be used in many different applications.
Mount the valve according to the arrow placed on the valve that shows the flow direction.
Mounting isolation valves (gate, butterfly or ball etc.) at the entrance direction for shutting-off the water in the line are recommended to ease the maintenance of the valve.
For the valve’s efficient working it is recommended to use an air relief valve before the valve.
Evacuate the water in the valve’s actuator to the atmosphere to prevent freezing in winter.
After mounting the main valve to the network, mount the solenoid valve’s electrical connector to the control device that you will use.
Select truely the cable’s diameter which used for electrical connection between the control device and the solenoid control valve, in the guidence of the solenoid valve’s electrical specification and the distance.
The control device’s voltage value must be same with the solenoid valve’s voltage value.
Clean the filter (strainer) as shown with 5 according to the water pollution degree.
