The hydraulic check valve with manual control is the hydraulic check valve which is used for on-off function in practice. A 3/2-way ball valve on the valve enables the valve to open and close..
VALVE OPEN
When the position of the 3/2-way ball valve on the manual hydraulic check valve is switched to the open position by user, the main valve opens itself by discharging the pressurized water from the main valve actuator to the atmospheric air.
VALVE CLOSED
When the user brings the position of the 3/2-way ball valve into the closed position, the pressurized water in the network fills the actuator of the valve, bringing the main valve to a fully sealed closed position. In this position, the valve closes itself more slowly than other isolation valves, by not causing pressure fluctuations and no impact on the mains..
1. Air Release Valve
2. Isolation valves (Gate valve, Butterfly valve etc.)
3. Manual Hydrolic Control Valve
Install the valve according to the flow direction arrow on it.
For the sake of simplicity in case of service maintenance, it is recommended to mount isolation valves (gate, butterfly or ball etc. valves) to close the water in the inlet direction of the line.
For the valve’s efficient working it is recommended to use an air relief valve before the valve.
Evacuate the water in the valve’s actuator to the atmosphere to prevent freezing in winter.
After mounting the main valve to the network, mount the solenoid valve’s electrical connector to the control device that you will use.
